Every Brumelle order ships free, with insurance included — no minimums, no hidden costs at checkout.
Timelines
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 6–9 business days from dispatch. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it door to door.
Insurance
Your parcel is insured in transit. If it arrives damaged or goes missing, email us at legisajakob@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.
Delays
Occasionally carriers run behind (peak season, customs). If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it down for you.
