Orders & pricing

 

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any applicable sale discounts. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, due to a pricing error or stock issue) — you'll always be notified and refunded in full if that happens.

 

Shipping & returns

 

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

 

Product use

 

Our products are personal care tools. Use them as directed; discontinue use if you experience discomfort. They are not a substitute for professional hair or scalp treatment.
