How to start a return

 

Email legisajakob@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about why it wasn't right — no justification needed. We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with simple return instructions, and once your return is on its way, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Damaged or faulty items

 

If your brush arrives damaged or develops a fault, skip the return — email us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you immediately.
